Terms of Service

Wreckless Agent Services provides the following services to individuals and businesses:

• Commercial registered agent representation in the State of Montana
• Montana business entity formation (LLC, PLLC, Corporation, Nonprofit, Partnership, ABN)
• Vehicle registration through a Montana business entity
• Business document filing with the Montana Secretary of State and other agencies

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. We recommend consulting a licensed attorney or tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use our services. By engaging us, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Service fees are as listed on our Services page and are subject to change. All fees are due prior to or upon commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

State filing fees, when applicable, are included in our quoted prices unless otherwise noted. Any additional state fees incurred due to changes in your order or state fee schedule adjustments will be billed at cost.

Payments are processed through our payment portal at app.autobooks.co/pay/wreckless-consulting-llc. By submitting payment, you authorize Wreckless Consulting, LLC to charge the stated amount.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date will be subject to a late fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less. Wreckless Agent Services reserves the right to suspend services on any account with an outstanding balance exceeding 30 days.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced or state filings have been submitted, except as required by applicable law.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents required to perform your requested services
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information, business address, or ownership
• Maintain your Montana business entity in good standing, including timely annual report filings
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in connection with your use of our services

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional fees resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by you.

As your registered agent, we will receive legal notices, state correspondence, and service of process on your behalf and forward them to your designated contact. It is your responsibility to maintain a current and accurate forwarding address with us.

Registered agent service renews annually. We will provide renewal reminders, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure timely renewal. Lapsed registered agent service may result in your business entity falling out of good standing with the State of Montana.

We reserve the right to resign as your registered agent upon reasonable notice if fees are not paid or if we determine that continued representation is not appropriate.

Montana vehicle registration services are provided for lawful purposes only. You represent that:

• You have legal ownership or authority over the vehicle being registered
• All documents provided are genuine, accurate, and unaltered
• You understand and accept responsibility for compliance with the laws of your home state regarding vehicle registration, insurance, and use

We do not guarantee acceptance of any filing by the Montana Motor Vehicle Division. If a filing is rejected due to deficiencies in documents you provided, resubmission fees may apply.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Processing times depend on state agency workloads, completeness of documents received, and other factors outside our control. Rush and same-day services are subject to availability and require receipt of all required documents by the stated deadline.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wreckless Consulting, LLC and its agents, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to lost profits, penalties, or regulatory fines.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wreckless Consulting, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Wreckless Consulting, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missoula County, Montana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
